Warranty on our products
At ProLine Designs we believe in providing heirloom quality products that we guarantee for life. We are always happy to refinish any of our products for no cost if your item is showing normal signs of wear.
We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.
Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than ProLine Designs is not recommended and may damage the finish on your item. We prefer that our customers contact us for any needed maintenance.
Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is a priority to us! Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your purchase if you have any concerns with your item or would like to return or exchange it.
Due to the time investment and inability for resale, custom designed items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
We require any returned items to be in new and unworn condition and returned in the original packaging. We will refund your purchase to the original payment method, minus shipping fees, within 5 days of receiving the item back.
